This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Deevopp ("we", "us" or "our") on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other distribution channels. It is designed for end users of our mobile apps and is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU AI Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and app-store privacy requirements.

1. Data controller
The data controller for Deevopp mobile apps is Deevopp, operating from the European Union. Our primary place of business is Riga, Latvia.

2. We do not collect personal data
Our mobile apps are designed to work without collecting, storing, or sharing any personal data from you or your device. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any contact information to use the app.
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details.
- Location data.
- Photos, videos, audio, contacts, or files from your device.
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or app-instance IDs.
- Usage analytics, crash logs, or behavioural data.
- Payment or billing information.
3. No third-party analytics or advertising
We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Our apps do not contain third-party advertisements and do not profile users for marketing purposes.
The only third parties involved are the app stores through which the apps are distributed (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and, where applicable, the payment processors that handle any in-app purchases. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service.
4. Device permissions
Our apps do not request access to sensitive device features such as camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or location. If a future update ever requires a permission, it will only be requested when strictly necessary for a specific feature, and we will update this policy to explain why.
5. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 16. Because we do not collect personal data, no child-specific information is processed by us.
6. Data security
Even though we do not collect user data, we apply standard security practices in the development and distribution of our apps, including encrypted network connections (TLS/SSL) whenever the app communicates with any external service.
7. Your rights
